BIO
Devin River is a textile artist living and working in Olympia, WA. Born in Eugene, Oregon in 1985, River is self-taught and multidisciplinary, having released three albums of experimental music under the moniker Entrail prior to their current visual arts practice. River grounds their work in a love of materials, combining careful patterning with intuitive sewing to explore and express the ineffable. Upcoming exhibitions include a group show at Slip Gallery in Seattle in December 2025, the Artist Trust Benefit Art Auction in Seattle in March 2026, and a solo show at Bar Francis in Olympia in June 2026.
Music by Entrail can be found at entrail.bandcamp.com.
